Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, Toll IPEC Road Express or Couriers Please. Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow for additional delivery time for remote areas. If you require express delivery, please contact our sales representatives at 07 3285 1355 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote.
Couriers will attempt delivery to the specified address. If the customer is unable to sign for the product an ‘Attempted Delivery’ slip will be provided to inform the customer of the necessary procedures to arrange redelivery.
All orders require a signature on delivery (SOD). If you would like your order to be delivered without a SOD, please mark the ‘Authority To Leave’ box at checkout. Please provide details of a safe place to leave your order e.g. Car port, back door. *Please note: When ‘Authority To Leave’ is requested, any and all liability for damage or theft to an order is not the responsibility of Fran’s Hydroponics.
For the security of our valued customers, Fran’s Hydroponics reserves the right to verify billing address details and request proof of identity when ‘Authority To Leave’ is requested.
Fran’s Hydroponics only ship goods to the cardholder's address or the confirmed address in your PayPal account. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to third party addresses for your own credit card security.
We reserve the right to charge for any redeliveries if you are not present at the delivery address on the delivery date stated in your confirmation email. You may also call to schedule a delivery for a specific day if needed.
Items purchased online can be picked up in store during business hours.

- Your order will be prepared and you will receive an email that your goods are ready for collection within the hour.
- Come with your order confirmation (printed or on mobile) and present it to receive your order.

Free shipping on orders over $199.
All freight charges are calculated on weight, dimensions and location. We are committed to keeping shipping charges at a minimum and do not charge handling fees.
Please note: Freight costs are subject to change. Regional areas, large and bulky orders, and tail-lift delivery occasionally incur an additional levy. Should these costs need to be amended it will be to reflect the actual charges, and not incur additional ‘shipping and handling’ fees.
We will notify you if this rare situation occurs.
*Free standard shipping is applied to most orders over $199.00 AUD. If a faster service is required, please select the express shipping (1-3 days delivery) option and for regional non-metro we have provided a flat rate.

- Regional areas and the Northern Territory. Determine if your address is eligible in the Shopping Cart shipping quote. Free Shipping will not appear if the delivery postcode is outside of the Free Shipping area, or if your items are too bulky or heavy.
- Bulky items, this means over 10kg total weight and 10kg cubic weight
All payments must be cleared before dispatch. Payments can be made online via VISA, MASTERCARD and PayPal. Payments can also be accepted via credit card by phoning 07 3285 1355.
Please allow at least 24 hours for payments to clear.
FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
You will be notified immediately if an item is permanently unavailable, with options for a replacement item at equal or higher value, refund or store credit.
All refunds will clear within 3-5 business days. Store Credits will be issued as an electronic Gift Card to be used online or in-store.
DANGEROUS AND PROHIBITED GOODS
We comply with all necessary restrictions and guidelines when shipping any products classified under the Dangerous & Prohibited Goods & Packaging Post Guide.
If, for any reason in compliance with these guidelines, we are unable to fulfil an order a refund will be issued immediately.
